A structured introductory workshop for two hotel staff members. Learn safe, human-supervised AI assistance with guest enquiries and routine administration, while keeping reservations, prices and guest decisions with approved hotel staff.

Proposed session: one facilitated workshop of approximately 3.5 hours, subject to availability and agreed scope. Suitable for front-desk, reservations-support and general administration staff. This is AI literacy and supervised workflow training, not a professional certificate or a deployed hotel integration.
What participants will practise
- AI fundamentals and limitations: prompts, hallucinations, checking sources and when to stop.
- Guest-enquiry triage: classify fictional arrival, amenities and group-booking questions without accessing live reservation data.
- Draft and review: prepare sample email replies from fictional hotel policies; approve wording before use.
- Human escalation: route pricing, reservations, complaints and sensitive matters to authorised hotel staff.
- Privacy by design: remove names, passport details, payment information and other confidential data from demonstration prompts.
- Practice and evaluation: short role-play, checklist and a 30-day follow-up improvement plan.

Published starting tariff
₦65,000 per staff-training session is the existing published starting tariff. It is not a per-person charge or a guaranteed fixed quotation. Delivery method, travel, third-party software and any extra sessions are subject to a written scope and compliance review. No payment is requested through this website.
What is included in the proposal
A facilitator-led outline for two participants, synthetic practice cases, a human-review checklist, a short skills assessment and a 30-day practical improvement checklist. Any additional deployment, API subscription, integration or managed service is separately scoped.
Working internationally
Remote introductory training enquiries from outside Nigeria are welcome. International contracting, time zones, language needs, data transfer, local legal rules and payment arrangements require separate assessment before service delivery. No overseas accreditation or active local presence is claimed.
